The Finance and Administration department is central to the running of programmes. This is because it is a focal point for facilitation and coordination for all programmes and their activities. The department aims at delivering quality services that will meet departmental requirements, Partner’s guidelines for funding, and other supporting issues related to finance and the administration of PROCMURA.
The department ensures that all organizational activities concur with guidelines set by management, Partners, and governments, while providing a commensurate environment for the functioning of all other PROCMURA programmes.
